HVAC and Water Heating Rebate Program (H447112)

Congratulations on your new energy-efficient purchase. Here are some items to keep in mind as you begin the online application process:

  1. Make sure you have access to a printer. If you choose not to upload your paperwork, you will need to print and mail in a paper copy of your signed rebate application with your receipt/invoice, most recent Utility Bill and AHRI certificate if applicable.
  2. Have your Peoples Gas account number available. Your account number will be on your most recent statement. To be eligible, you must be a Peoples Gas customer.
  3. Have your receipt/invoice available in an easy-to-upload format, showing contractor name, purchase and/or install date, product description, manufacturer, model quantity and purchase price.
  4. A check will be issued within eight (8) weeks upon receipt of your completed and approved application.
